We had a great time doing an afternoon workshop with Chapel HILL'S MIPSO. Then we ran into them at dinner. That's John with Jacob and Libby (and Wood's shoulder)

Host and MC Charlie Jones welcomes guests to his fine venue, The Hub in downtown GSO. WBA played a set with headliner Dave Nachmanoff.

John takes a lead at the Carolina Theater. Our thanks to Marshall Hurley for these terrific photos from the show.

June 14 – Flag Day! Here we are playing the fundraiser for Greensboro's upcoming Fun Fourth Celebration.

We were back on the island for the 2009 OcraFolk Festival in Ocracoke, NC. Played a set Friday night after the big auction, then again on Saturday. Had a great time and heard some fantastic music!.

In September we went to Southport to play a very special wedding reception. John's daughter Elizabeth was the bride, and we had a great time making music under the Big Top. NOTE: THOSE ARE NOT LOU'S P

That's the father of the bride, playing a tune that he wrote for Elizabeth. A fine boo-hoo was had by all.

Here we are at Blandwood Mansion (on the city Bandwagon), playing for Music for a Sunday Evening in the Park on Aug. 3, 2008.

It was a perfect night on the Blandwood lawn. The crowd was HUGE! (Collectively, not individually.) From the stage we felt like Obama in Berlin...

March 14, 2008: We were one of three bands performing an Acoustic Concert at the Paramount Theater in Burlington. We wish all those instruments were ours, but they're not.

Here's everyone as Gary Mitchell (center) kicks off the finale (I'll Fly Away) at the Paramount Theater Acoustic Concert
